Our flagship New England-Style Pale Ale brewed and dry hopped with a balanced blend of cryo Citra and cryo Mosaic the result is a concentrated burst of citrus and stone fruit essence. An abundance of flaked oats impart dense haze and a soft mouthfeel that works in perfect harmony with the smoothness of cryo hops.

For this beer, we use Pilsner, Vienna, flaked wheat and oats to create a round, slightly bready base. We then hit with an onslaught of hops in both the kettle and the dry hop. Mosaic and Idaho 7 combine for not-so-subtle notes of grapefruit with hints of guava and floral undertones.
